Dust collecting

Just joined and have a question. Due to down sizing , which would be the better Induvidual dust collector( psi type or trend air shield. shop size is 9x19 no 220v. outlets. Here is a pic of something I turn.

I have a small shop and decided to simply go with the Trend Air Shield and the Shop Vac air cleaner ($127 from Amazon). I like the vase and arrangement -- a nice Christmas gift.
