On the Cover: The exquisite turning on the front cover is by Doug Fisher of British Columbia, Canada. I’ve been a fan of Doug’s work for some time now and enjoyed seeing it in person at the Vancouver Symposium last summer. Doug is heavily influenced by Native American art of the Pacific Northwest. Those influences, along with Doug’s offset turning, carving, and coloring skills, make his work truly unique. |
